Guided by a strong customer-first philosophy, our founder, Mr. Abhishek Singhania, believes that a home should be built on trust as much as on bricks. His vision is to create projects that elevate everyday living through smart layouts, quality materials, and personalized detailing. He personally oversees every stage of development to ensure that each home becomes a source of pride for its owners. Having completed his schooling from prestigious institutions such as the Mayo College Ajmer & the Lawrence School Lovedale, and having secured an MBA from the esteemed La Trobe University, Melbourne (Australia), and garnering a rich experience in the banking and financial services industry / securities market in prestigious groups such as the ICICI Group & the Citigroup, he has also acquired over a decade worth's experience in real estate development in the bustling hub of Delhi-NCR. Our founder has led the company with a commitment to transparency, innovation, and timely delivery. His expertise in Gurgaon’s prime residential markets has helped transform many projects into premium living spaces.
